Yes, I know it’s already Tuesday. I’m a little behind… I have been MIA for the last few days as there has been lots going on!
Friday, GMan and I spent the day in the hospital between my appointments and visiting with one of my best friends who recently had surgery. Even though the last couple of times we’ve gone back home have been super rushed, the visits are always enjoyable. It was nice to get a home cooked meal by my Madre too… I bet GMan was even more thankful since I haven’t been the best cook this past week.

Saturday we were off to the Around the Bay Expo to pick up my race packet chip. The expo was very busy although well organized. I was really surprised that we didn’t actually get a race ‘packet’, it was only our timing chip and a shirt. Any other race I’ve ran they’ve had a bag of goodies with samples and flyers along with the timing chip. What a bummer.
